I know someone, a car salesman, who's number #1, he grosses well, he just got recognized for highest conversion of calls as well. He is loved by everyone, hes got great reviews, there is only one other person with a few more reviews than him, but that salesman has been at that dealership for like 15 years, and the saleman Im talking about has ONLY been selling cars for 3 years. Like 6 months ago there was a competition, between both these salesmen, they were made leads for a week, both these men split the other salespeople between them, and then given a week to see who sold more, well the salesman team that I know won the competition! Hes a super star!

Funny enough that’s how it is at my company. I work for so I would say the average and good performers make less than managers but the top 1% high volume top producers make a lot more than the managers do but as we all know they’re breaking their balls to do it but I mean we’re all here to chase the money so of course.
