I feel so helpless right now because Im a newly recovered heroin addict..(over 1 month clean) and I'm living with my grandfather, starting over basically..i have no car, no job, and i have so many plans and goals that I want to accomplish but I have no idea where to start! My fiance is out of town working and saving money for us to get a place of our own. So im basically working on myself, going to therapy, meditating and looking inside of myself to take care of inner issues that caused me to do drugs in the first place! My self love journey is going well! But I'm at the point where I want to get shit done for my future! I am trying to trust the process and realize that things will come together eventually but I don't want to be a bum and do nothing..one day at a time i guess! Much love to you all! 👁✌🌻🍄💗

Speaking of going to nature, there were some woods behind my dad's neighborhood when I was a teen and suffering from terrible depression. My parents refused to believe it and wouldn't get me treatment, so going out to nature become my personal treatment for myself. I made it worse for myself in high school because I got really into the grunge and emo genres of music because I felt like those songs understood me. But listening to them only worsened my depression and even cut me off from the friends who helped me. At the time, I didn't even realize it, but every time I did go out to nature it was very healing. Those woods helped me through some very rough times. I still have a picture of a baby raccoon I found out there who climbed a tree when I startled him. I look at that picture and feel better sometimes. Nowadays I sadly don't have nature near me, but I get out to it whenever possible. 😊 💜

Dealing with very prejudice and discrimination people using silent abuse and harsh manipulations to hurt me while in bad area. Been working too hard to better my life while very harsh people want me, or others like me, and those with great aspirations do poorly in life. Glad to watch your videos. I like your messages.
