Almost NOBODY Else Has The World's Best TV - Hisense 110UX Championship Edition

Hisense sent us the 110UX Championship Edition, a 110" MiniLED TV with a max rated brightness of 10,000 nits and over 40,000 dimming zones. It's incredible, but incredible enough to replace the TCL Linus ordered from China?

small reminder that 40k dimming zones is essentially 200x200 leds, or roughly 144p, at that size, each dimming zone is about 0.8cm in each direction (again roughly)

I'm envious of that cardboard. In high school advanced physics, we had to build a boat out of duct tape and cardboard, and one guy showed up with a boat built out of that 2" thick carboard. It floated so easily and beat everyone by a mile.
