The Batman: Part II is an upcoming superhero film and the second installment of The Batman Universe, based on the DC Comics superhero of the same name. The film is a sequel to The Batman and The Penguin. The film is set to be released on October 2, 2026.

Last time I’ve heard about a movie getting delayed for more than a year. It either sucks or underwhelmed. It better be almost The Dark Knight level of an awesome movie.

I hope when James Gunn gets his hands on Batman after Reeves, we get a Batman who embraces the comic world fully and stop giving us “just a guy in a suit”. It’s fine if that’s the story Reeves is telling, but accurate Batman is not just a rich guy in a suit.
