Masterclass: Sensory Awakenings with Juri Ko

We hosted our inaugural Masterclass, Sensory Awakenings, at KEF Music Gallery Tokyo. During the session, we explored the power of sound to enhance physical and mental well-being with meditation expert and sound therapist Juri Ko. This immersive evening delved into holistic wellness practices and the ways they can help regulate our nervous systems. Members of our myKEF community were guided through Juri’s unique therapeutic methods, which integrate traditional practices with modern technology.

Through a series of guided sound therapy sessions with LS50 Wireless II, Juri taught our audience just how much our senses affect our nerves, and how our nerves impact our well-being.
