Trying to Bypass Free to Play Restrictions

Free to play accounts can't enter Lion's Arch until they've reached level 35.. So I wondered if it would be possible to bypass this by using a Class II Rift Stabilizer (using coordinates V-X)

Hmm. I hypothesize you'd see the same message if you tried to TTF your way in; that rift teleports are basically TTFs with "Magic Rift" set as "Friend".
