Wikipedia says that "Teddy Brown (1900–1946) was an American entertainer who spent the latter part of his life performing in Britain. He was born Abraham Himmelbrand in 1900, and first played in the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, but moved to the field of popular music in the late 1910s. He was percussionist for a time with Julius Lenzberg's Riverside Theatre Orchestra, and his earliest recordings were xylophone solos with Lenzberg's band on Edison Records in 1919 and 1920.

He was noted for his rotund appearance, approaching 400 pounds in weight..."

Some things to note:

1.) Mr. Brown played on a custom made 5.0 octave Besson xylophone that had an extended range on the bottom-end.

2.) Great care was taken to achieve perfection in this transcription, but due to limitations of the recording equipment of the time period as well as the tuning of both the xylophone and piano, some discrepancies are bound to be present.

3.) This is all PRACTICE for me!

Transcribe! and Finale were used to assist in the production of this transcription.

Monster transcription.
The “editing glitch” on the chart was because the film was spliced together.
You can see the cue marker before the glitch which means that this was originally on two separate reels of film. This segment was part of a larger Pathe reel shown between features and they were too long to fit onto a 1000’ ft spool. So when the first projector ran out of film, the cue mark tells the projectionist to start the next reel on the second projector.

What exactly is going on in bar 61? Are your squiggles meant to notate chord clusters?
