Men's Long Jump Final | Munich 2022 | Miltiadis Tentoglou

History beckoned as European gold and glory were on the line in the men's long jump final at Munich 2022.

2020 Olympic Champion Miltiadis Tentoglou set out to defend the long jump crown that he won at Berlin 2018, but there were 11 rivals all looking to take the top spot for themselves.

These are the top three jumps of the competition and they decided the medal positions.

Tentoglou is quite underrated for his achievements. From 2017 to 2022 he is first in all European leagues. (indoor, outdoor, under 20, under 23) Also in indoor he has the fifth best performance in the world and in outdoor have the 16th best perforance and 3rd in Europe. He has exceeded 8.50 twice and this year he jumped most of the times over 8m while most of them are struggling to do 8m this year. and he is only 24.He deserves more attention from athletics fans and media.
