Rep. Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y., blasts former President Trump for holding a campaign event in the Bronx, saying Trump's "gross mismanagement" of the Covid-19 pandemic brought "preventable death and suffering" to the area. Torres also discusses the ICC ordering Israel to halt its Rafah offensive.
