I worked at an internet cafe, honest to god, woman walked in, sat a computer, few minutes later she storms up demanding that I help her access her email.
She opens Internet Explorer and complains that her email doesnt appear. I ask her what her email address is, trying to find out what her email provider is, she states that she doesnt know, she just opens up IE on her computer at home and her email appears.
She's in an internet cafe, literally half way around the world, and I had to explain to her that this computer is not her computer at home, like this is in an internet cafe, not her house, and shes in an entirely different country.
She stormed off in a huff, two random other customers who were at the desk, who was just there, asked me when I got back to the desk were in utter disbelief, asking if she was serious?!

Ok, I guess she talked with her son and he tried to explain to her how memory in the phone works and he used 'charge' in some context to do it. From whole explanation she remembered only 'charge' part. She didn't want to charge her phone, she wanted her pictures from phone's memory. It is obvious in context of 2nd time she comes when she brings new phone and still wants them to charge photos. She means, she wants them to transfer photos. Sh*t tier shop if they didn't get it 2nd time. 1st was confusing for sure.

I've had people get in my drive-thru and ask for a whopper. Ma'am, you're at Chick-fil-A. We're the only restaurant around that sends employees outside to take orders, I'm wearing a bright red shirt, and the Burger King is on the other side of town.
