Great product. Sprayed zobel paint over PVC for years. Only problem I have is when painting windows on site, after coating has dried and tape and paper is ready to be removed from glass or siding, you must score with a sharp razor where the tape meets the painted surface if not it can peel a large section. It seems to be just in the initial hours as you come back 24 hrs later and paint is hard like lacquer. Comparative to other paints on market for vinyl such as d200 it is a much thicker consistency and requires a minimum 2.0 tip size when spraying with conventional hvlp. Noticed some coverage problems with certain greens and darker greens taking mote coats than usual to achieve desired colour.

Do Not Use this on Forest Red Decking comprising Red Gum and Ironbark. It will react, crack and peel like sunburn skin in less than 1 year. Zobel Australia's specifications do not exclude Red Gum and they will not honour their 6 year warranty and life claim of up to 10 years. Disappointing as this product really brings out the grain. If you have a Gum external deck, go with their safe play oil 5433.
