I'm sure I got this advice from one of your older videos on planking and I've been following it for a long time now. It is noticeably more fatiguing to start with, but once you do it for a while it just becomes second nature.

the best and hardest plank is switching from protraction to retraction every 5 sec
also not touching the floor with your toes but having your feet completely straight makes it also a lot harder

When I push into the ground with my forearms, I have to readjust my feet to keep from moving from time to time (usually about every 30 seconds or so.)

Off-topic, but is it in your plans to do a program with weight training for calisthenics. I.e with simple equipment like barbells for legs and back?

Don’t expect to build an muscles with this! Not sure how it works for athletes but it’s not a movement you should use to build an muscles (doesn’t matter how skinny you are, if you don’t have abs it’s bc you never did any hypertrophy movements for them)
