The only reason I ever watched Iron Chef was to watch Chef Morimoto work. An absolute master at what he does. As far as I'm concerned, watching him work is like watching art being made.
And yes, I'm a massive fanboy, if you couldn't tell. :P

I went to this restaurant a few months ago (MGM Grand). I have been watching Morimoto since the late 90s, when the original Iron Chef (dubbed) would come on at like 1AM. I had always dreamed about eating his food, and truly, the experience met all of my decades of expectations. Absolutely mind blowing- especially the Toro tar-tar and Fluke carpaccio
