I can guarantee you that Sony is going to make the whole thing complicated. There will be people signing up for Teir 3 but not sure what they will get, or feel like what they expected after seeing the ads and what they got doesn't align (like a McDonald's burger).

Sony In my opinion don't have deep pockets like Microsoft. So they can't afford to gamble on a gamepass. Microsoft has a bigger ecosystem. Maybe overtime Sony can expand it like Microsoft?

Honeslty, Sony should've NEVER made PS+ and PS now separate I felt it was a huge marketing mistake!!!! Would've got more people if it was one service with tiers to meet customers' buying needs....

I like how everyone wants everything for cheap but then cry when games are buggy or aren’t good or don’t get more content or sequels. I guess players think that developers and everyone in those companies work for free. Yeah, I know a lot of them are greedy but I prefer to pay full price for a nice, good, complete game.

And that goes for Xbox, PS or PC.

Got myself a PC and that was the best decision I ever made. I'm playing both Xbox and Playstation exclusives and even Nintendo exclusives. Still don't know why people wouldn't go PC as well, there's literally no competition.

Problem is that PS Now doesn't release new games. By the time the game releases, you either already bought it or there are more new games that you'd rather play instead. Even then, there is never any confirmation when or if the game would be coming to PS Now. Hope this new "game pass" fixes that problem, but I highly doubt it

This is a very interesting time to be a gamer. We have plenty of free to play games, each with near or even AAA quality. We have the subscription services that are actually consumer-friendly. We have plenty of videogames marketplaces that have sales everyday, or even Epic store that gives games away for free every week. It'd be hard to keep track of everything in the future, just like how TV and film is so diversed in ways you can consume nowadays.

paystation already failed me. Fallout 3 for $100 no dlcs included? The same for fallout new Vegas? Rdr1 except you can get undead nightmare for a separate $100? Permanent bans for cussing without any warning whatsoever? No redownloading games when banned? Come on paystation
