To play Fortnite from PS5 at 120fps in 1080p do you need a monitor that develops at least 120Hz and has an HDMI2.0 output or does it necessarily have to have an HDMI2.1 output?

My monitor is supports 144hz, but the monitor keep saying "entering powering saving mode" when switching to 144hz, and when the screen comes back its still 60hz
