I have a feeling they're going to be "reformulating" again in the very near future. If I wanted a subtle highlighter, I'd buy one. That's exactly what this looks like.

I couldn’t wait for it because the original is finicky on me but after seeing the reviews, just returned my 03 yesterday without opening it. Such a shame. Everyone should leave their constructive and honest opinions on their reviews and socials and get them to rerelease the OG.

Well obviously they wanted to reformulate in order to remove the talc because a lot of people think it contains asbestos. Thing is only cheap makeup has that form of talc. Any reputable cosmetic company buys the more expensive talc that doesn't contain asbestos. You don't want to use Claire's makeup or cheap Chinese makeup because those ones will have the very cheap talc that contains small amounts of asbestos but Givenchy should be fine. Unfortunately most people don't take the time to research this stuff so they're all out there with pitchforks screaming REMOVE THE TALC! And there u have it, they did and I'm sure the original formula was perfectly safe because they had to appease the loud ones.

Oh no! I am so glad that you tried this before I bought it. It def looks like a highlighter. Are there people out there that actually want their setting powder to look like this? So confused why they would release this out to the world.

I AM FURIOUS AT GIVENCHY- it costs- if you can find it $120 +shipping in my country - i’ve saved for it as it’s a luxury & was finally convinced -you helped so much by showing how to correctly apply etc( not like some awfully excessively filtered creators who bake likes it’s a competition to see who can waste the most product ) - i don’t touch powders, i’m old with VERY thin & textured skin - not many lines, but delicate mobile skin has never looked good with powders- i bought this not knowing it was reformulated.. basically it’s now just elf halo glow powder - argh!

Oh please, an updated review of powder to set under eyes on mature skin - I have about two months of my givency powder left which will land me at the start of our cold, dry season for my 56 year old face…I’m begging you 😭😭😭 😂

This makes sense now! I recently went to Sephora to buy the mini to see what the hype was about. I tested it in store and it was so sparkly! No way it would look good as a setting powder. I went with Huda Beauty Easy Bake Cherry Blossom instead and love it.
