I bought the cross gen and when i go to download it it just gives me an option to upgrade to vault edition but no place to download

Instead of “download” it says “select version” and gives me the ps5 or ps4 version of “call of duty” and it’s not working

i bought bo6 vault digital and i downloaded bo6 beta and if i press on bo6 beta then give me the options multiplayer zombies or solo but zombies and solo are locked so i press on multiplayer they say that i should download bo6 multiplayer but whenever i press on download zombies multiplayer or campagne nothing happens i bought the game for 210 bucks and i need help
