Wait, an AUX acts as a Line In and is also 3.5mm like my familiar green pc line out? While i can see, say, a sound bar possible having an AUX line in - but my wanting to connect pairs of speaker is more complicated to me.

Do you know of any active studio speakers with a single 3.5 cable end? Or, a pair that have the 1 AUX to 3.5mm cable you described? Active studio pairs i'm seeing - have 4 RCA jacks on the amped speaker and your RCA example only shows a cable with 2 RCA's to one 3.5. How do you go from 4 to 1?

Wait, i rewatched and you briefly did show what looked like an active speaker and it had the 4 RCA's i'm seeing, but again, you didn't show us your connecting it to the green jack on our PCs.

How come can I connect to speakers Bose computer speakers but I cannot connect RCA cable to a Bose speaker that has a aux cable why doesn't it work? To have the same audio from the computer to that speaker?
