Getting Started with Azure episode 1 | Accounts, Portal and the CLI

In this first episode of Getting Started with Azure we will go through the steps to sign up for a free Azure account, access the portal and use the command line and other tols. At the end of this tutorial you will be ready to start using Azure to build the services we will create in the next few episodes.
