After every tenant might have complied by giving their own part of the party money, so that they could enjoy themselves at least for the year, Mark Angel insisted that the money should be given to Nwanyiocha instead of Mimi. It reached a point where they all voted, but Nwanyiocha emerged the winner, she had more votes than Mimi as influenced by Mark.
Few minutes later, Mark met Nwanyiocha and got half of the money from her, convincing her that there is another way to do it since she doesn't know how to cook anyway. As the party began and ended, Mark gave Nwanyiocha some raw coconuts and white rice to serve everyone.
Nwanyiocha is asked what kind of nonsense food she has served people, she said it is coconut rice. Making everyone leave in total anger.
