You can use your terminal's command and file name completion. After cd type first few letters then tab to get the file name. If there are more than one file starting with same letters, you may tab twice to see a list, then keep typing a few letters more and tab to complete the name.

Same works for commands, like typing un then tab to see the commands.

good start for a test build.. The build (4.4.17) I'm using seems to be a bit slow and buggy. Items crash often with my RPI 3. Bluetooth and Wifi do work and don't need a reset after reboot. Graphics driver still needs some work. many photos and stuff get skewed easy. Audio through the RPI HDMI port works. Though I'm not too sure on audio quality. my audio my be degraded through the systems I'm using. RPI -> Computer Monitor -> Stereo -> Speakers.

You can install Google ADB with "sudo apt-get install android-tools-adb android-tools-fastboot" I found this because the phablet option was not working with my machine. I was able to push gapps.sh with no trouble.

Over all. I appreciate your video. it gave me a good starting point. I think i'm going to try another version of the android os. :) thumbs up

For newer versions of ADB, type ./gapps.sh -a arm64 -i (Pi IP)

Thanks for the great video. I did the installation (7.1) and was able to install various apps. The big disappointment was, after installing BBC iPlayer, there was sound but no video - so what have I missed?

Question for you, with the new versions of Emteria and what not, do they remember the WiFi now? or is that still a thing everytime you boot up the RPi?

Hello there, great video tutorial you have here! Easy to understand you and easy to follow your instructions.
I will be installing this tomorrow or some time soon as well.
I was just wondering a couple of questions, hopefully you check replies.
Any way, this was posted last year so I'm hoping you know if some of these bugs you speak of were worked out and if so do you have another video with updates to it you can link me to?
**** Just found your video from 6 or so days ago... LOL But please see question below.

And lastly, do you know if those USB glass touchscreen deals work on this?
It works on Version 8 "jessie" but I'm only assuming it will work on this Android build?
I know it's very generic but hoping you can answer. Thanks!
