Will THIS PHENOM be Liverpool's First Signing in January?!

Will Liverpool be forced to sign a new Center back in the January transfer window after Joe Gomez's injury against West Ham and Konate still out? Liverpool are down to their last two center back options with Van Dijk and Quansah but that's a scary place to be.

I can't see us doing too much in January, but come the summer we need quite a few transfers. A LB, a CB as konate is made of glass, another CM to rotate and possibly another forward.

I think Liverpool has to look at Abdukodir Khusanov from Lans in France. This guy is absolute beast, people just overlooking him. He is 20 years old and he is so strong and very fast also he was recently placed in best 11 in french league along with likes of barcola and cherki this season so far. Recently he scored goal against PSG. I would recommend you to watch his games

I agree with you for the need of CB. Don't you question the authoncity of the stat presented. We currently need a CB who could be deployed immediately not an 18 yrs understudy. This reminds me of the Ten Haag's approach of "control".

I think Murillo from Forest would be a great CB for Liverpool as he's young and from what I have seen is superb. Sadly I don't think Forest would even sell him for 100m. All Liverpool need is a DM, another midfielder and two top level CBs. Nothing more is needed. Some might say a clinical number 9 is needed, but I think all our wingers can do the job.

As a dutch guy I don’t think Hato is ready. He would be ok at left back or as a sub. But if quansah or van dijk pick up an injury, I don’t think you can rely en Jorrel to play there, and at this moment I’m not sure of Hato brings much more to the table than Robbo. Maybe in one to two years. So it might be good if they get him but you have to let him get used for a year/2 years. I think Hincapie or Hancko are better options for this window, because they are strong and used to play center back and left back.

As someone who has watched every Eredivisie game of the Big 3 this season, I can say with confidence, that Hato isn't ready for a move to LFC yet, and definitely not as a CB. He also hasn't really played CB this season at all under Farioli. So maybe i could see him being brought in as a LB, but definitely not as CB. Hancko is a way more realistic option IMO. But both of them are quite expensive options, and both want/need to be starting players at this point in their career (especially Hato), and I don't see that happening with Van Dijk and Konate in the squad.

PSV has a player named Olivier Boscagli who has an expiring contract, who i could see as a option. In buildup/passing he's probably the best CB in the Netherlands, but he isn't the fastest/tallest though, so i'm not sure how that would play out in the Prem League. (very comparable to Daley Blind as a player)

personally i think Ryan Flamingo from PSV is the best choice out of all the eredivisie CB's, but he just signed for PSV this season, so the chances of him leaving in the winter are close to 0.

6:01 if he is 5inches shorter and still has a growth spurt also considering his age, he could jump higher, be faster and be very flexible.

There arent any really tough games coming up. Konate is almost back and Endo is competent there, Gravenberch could probably do a job. Buying in a player will take time to in integrate into the system.

It would be crazy to panic buy for the sake of two or three games. Only get a player if it's the right fit.

Signing a player who can do left and center back would be great. Could go straight in as left back and learn from VVD. In a couple of years the torch can be passed.

We definitely need to sure up in the defence in January...FSG needs to show we're gonna hold on to what we got going on at the mo.

Keep these vids coming, 100% agree the CB position dose worry me we defo short in there after not replacing Matip, plus Gomez and Konate dose get injured every season 10-15 games each

Hato is world class talent and can play in different positions in the back and as left back, def mid..

If the prices is right for both this kid and Kerkez, I'd say why not. For a while if no one is coming in this January transfer window, then we have to stick with either Endo or Gravenbach as our stop gap solutions if anything happens to VVD, Ibou and JQ. God forbid that is not going to happen, while Joe Gomez is currently out injured.

Virgil has recommended Hato to the management already, he is super promising indeed. Well, if he has to go and I can't stop the continental drift, then to Liverpool of course.. But if it is the right time for him? I have my doubts. He has his mistakes still.. EPL are braking to many great talents, because they do not get time /support enough. Look what's happening to Zirkzee this week. He was crying when he left the field. Easy to say that he makes his millions, so no pity, but it's a human drama. MUN, including the 'fans' are ruining his career. Ok Liverpool and for sure Arne, the team and the fans, are not like that but still...I dont think .It's the short term solution we are looking for now..

My preferred 3 are Jorrell Hato, Diomande, and a centreback from the academy to develop. Then again, those would have my preference. I also think I have mentioned Hato previously, don't know for sure. But I think he is a real good addition to this squad. He can play two positions, which is great. I think I would go for him.

As a develepment talent yes, hes not ready for Lcb in the Prem though. If we can play him sporadically at lb\lcb its a good call. Hes not a starter yet though. Also is VVD staying? If so this signing makes sense. If not its reckless.

I would sign an experienced CB that can also be deployed as a LB, like Hincapie or Schlotterbeck for example. I like Hato but he is still too young and we need a LCB/LB that would start for us immediately.

Absolutely agree that a CB is the biggest priority. A versatile one would be great. Investing in the defence for the future would be very sensible considering VVD and Trent might be leaving as well

We need a DM, LB, CB, and RB if Trent goes, and maybe someone to replace Darwin if he goes too. But guess what, not going to happen in January. We would be lucky to have 1-2 of them in summer out of sheer necessity. That's how the club operates unfortunately. We as fans are just left praying no injuries are incurred at the games, that's life as a LFC fan.

Canada.
