What’s so sad about the action scenes in Quantum is on paper, they’re amazing with incredible stunt work and great use of geography but unfortunately, a lot ot it is ruined with the editing but honestly, once Bond gets to the rooftop, the editing isn’t as bad. It’s more bearable.

I both agree and disagree with the editing comments. I think the shots and the choreography are frankly superb, and I like the energy of the chase, but it needed to be allowed to breathe a bit more. That being said, I think it's only a major problem in the underground section. Once they get on ground - then roof - level, it's pretty coherent.

I would have said, like most people, that the editing here is bad. However, after watching that I feel like I've been running with them and slightly delirious, which I think works well for this action sequence. It could have done with a few less cuts though as there were some nice moments where the shot lingered on something worth lingering on only to last less than a second long.
