I am a licensed mental health therapist and was actively practicing for over 10 years treating PTSD, Trauma related disorders, Addiction and Personality Disorders.

While I no longer practice as a therapist, that decade of clinical experience definitely has helped shape me as a mindset coach and I truly know what it takes to reprogram the mind so that it sticks and lasts.
