Mam I have a doubt . In terms of mass what u have written is just collapsing..

16g of CH4 reacts with 2*32(since 16*2=32)g of O2 to give 44g(here u have multiplied 2 which is in CO2 but did not done in reactant 2O2) of CO2 and 2*18g of H2O (here u have multiplied 2 in 2H2O)

Okay let me come to the point, my doubt is why haven't you multiplied the reactant O2 to give 16*2=32g so it results as 2*32

Mam in CH^4 we did 12+1*4=16g but in oxygen 2O^2 we have to do 2*16*2?? mam
but you have did only 2*16
Mam molecular mass of O this is single atom of oxygen is 16g but O^2 means 2 atom so 16*2 know mam??? Am I correct
