What's the difference between a CD and a HIYSA (not sure if that was an acronym, if it wasn't already, it is now sukka). I'm pretty entrenched in the Chase ecosystem and it would be heavy lift to leave. They offer a CD with a 4.25% rate. I know a CD needs to be a bit more actively managed, but aside from that, is it a good alternative to a HIYSA?
