@Robmister549 "We're getting rid of dodge as a global stat" if you read the description...it doesn't mean all champion will never dodge again....it mean that ALL champion can't always dodge.

I love how they say "You should be leveling up...", as if any other paths were looked down upon. So much for customization and inventing new builds.

@LifeOfTheAfterParty they do post patch notes on patches involving balance changes, check the announcements section of the forums later on tonight or tomorrow morning they should be up then.

@Drkcloud07 TF still casts his faster, and Pantheon's ult is just better, so by all means it should have a longer cast time than TF's.
TF is a ranged champion, Jax is a melee, which balances it out. Vayne doesn't have TF's ultimate.
If you take his E at level 5 you're simply an awful TF player.
His ultimate was overpowered and that's why it was nerfed.
TF is fine.

@chumpelite but would u prefer a constant dodge or a dodge that lasts three seconds, and have a CD. Just remember this can be cancelled with a stun and if u dont attack him its useless. Just target the squishy guys like a good DPS should

Buckshot Mana cost increased to 60/70/80/90/100 from 60/65/70/75/80
Collateral Damage
Initial damage reduced to 250/350/450 from 250/375/500
Explosion damage reduced to 140/250/360 from 140/275/400
Cooldown upped to 100/90/80 from 80/70/60

The +30 armor penetration of the Sword of the Divine is great, and the other effect wasn't even necessary. Bring it back, it was my favorite item.

@Minecraftbeasts1337 It is a dodge to BASIC attacks. It grants him 1.5 seconds of freedom from that source of damage. So if you have 1.0 attacks per second he will only dodge one hit. He is still susceptible to other forms of damage.

@darkfire8008 I understand where your coming from, but dodge is also to cover all champion who pick up ninja tabi.its also just 1.5 seconds which isn't that bad with a 13 minute cd at lvl 5. I think the extra stun is a little to much but will see over the next few weeks how it works

Riven is OP with following build, use it while you can:

Ionian Boots > Youmu > Frozen Mallet > Warmog > Bloodthirster > Atma.

She does 700 dmg with her 1st skill, 300 with her stun, her shield blocks 350-400 dmg, her ulti does 700 dmg and on that add her passive.

I kinda like Riven's new tweeks. I can see Broken Wing was always ment to be the main damage dealer, not Ki Strike. Though the nerf to her health regen wasnt needed,

@TheBigupz Tryndamere has been nerfed by losing damage. His health regen has almost been nerfed. Mocking shout has been nerfed. His fury decays after 5 seconds instead of 8. All this is coming for the sejuani patch

@Robmister549 He said "We are removing dodge AS A GLOBAL STAT." He wasn't contradicting himself. People really need to listen before they go ahead and say these things.. Sorry to flame, just pointing it out.

@JcWongAndCompany Sword of the Divine didn't make you land shots while blinded. Missing your shot is different than the other person dodging...

As a main Riven player, I think the changes to Riven are good. Seeing it as I could dominate a 2v1 lane with Blitzcrank and Malzahar or whatever it was, I didn't even care because I was Riven... and that says a lot. They even got fed when our jungler tried to gank them twice, when they weren't even gankable. However, what this change does is really interesting. It makes you think more about what to do. Before, it was Q lvl 1, Max W first, then E. The Ulti when possible. I'll just go more hp reg.

@Kamil2142 He needed the small nerf, he was an overpowered jungler. He has AOE, a slow, a really useful supress. All that happened was they upped the cooldown on his ulti, and made the slow %5 worse.

@flyingninjamimejr I wouldn't really call it a buff. They're just shifting some of the damage from Ki Burst to Broken Wings, so overall same damage output.

It's both a buff and a debuff, it has a 15 sec Cooldown which isn't too terrible. What you have to realize is that they removed his insane health ramp passive. He looks more balanced now seeing as he can actually stun an entire team of casters instead of getting fucked on by random dodge percentage.
