As soon as I got my absentee ballot, I voted and sent it off to my county board of registrars. Whenever I get these texts or calls, I usually respond with "already voted."

Even when I vote early I still get a bunch of texts. I tell them I've voted but they don't remove me from the list. Maybe it varies by state. I always try to vote early due to the craziness that comes out on election day

In addition to, and even more effective in the long run, push your state legislature to go to vote by mail. I live in Oregon where we have voted by mail for decades. We have higher voter turnout and less voter fraud since going to vote by mail.

Fucked up how I live in Florida, I'm on the north east coast of Florida and we're "Trump Country" people are very red around here, and on election day 2020 I could have WALKED to my local polling place and I didn't even have to wait ten minutes. It should be that easy for everyone

If they made it easier to vote by mail in every state, that would be nice. I would have to lie on the form to be able to vote by mail. I shouldn't have to choose a reason why I want to vote by mail. I should just be able to get my ballot automatically sent to me so that I can fill it out and send it back in.
