Hey guys, this week I made a bird feeder from pine. It was a fairly easy project. all you need is wood, tablesaw, mitresaw and a handful of nails.

You Are The Man...Suggestion::: Show a drawing of your cut pieces of wood so idiots like me can see the dimensions of the wood to be used and other tools and nails, glue, etc...Great Videos~~Don't Stop Now!!!!

Like the idea of putting stops in for the plexiglass. I cut the plexi. last time and cracked the first one.

Nice build Wes! I totally agree with the other comments about the Squirrels. Just purchase a larger pole that can be anchored in the ground & has a baffle about 1/2 way up. As long as the little buggers can't jump down from a tree onto the feeder you will be in good 👍👍😉😉

Where do I find instructions/plans? This is the design I am looking for- but I want to modify it so that it can be mounted on a post out in the yard. I don't like swinging bird tend not to last long, especially after Mr. Squirrel pays a visit, lol.

Nice little project. I suspect the squirrels will enjoy the seed maybe even more than the birds. (And they’ll likely eat through the string)🙂

The pine won't decay over time? Most make it with cedar which I can't find. Might do pine for mine as you did.
