Horrible review
I'm from Milan, born, there live there.
Pizza is from Naples, if you want a pizza Milan style (al trancio, a slice) go to Spontini in via Spontini.
Piadina is not a milan special but from Romagna (piadina romagnola). Instead have a panino (which IS a Milan special) at Galiano panini in via Ravizza. Don't know ur n3 but I would try risotto alla milanese and orecchie di elefante in via san Giovanni sul muro or on the Navigli.
That's from Milan, that's what you should have in Milan.
And try pastries in old shops like Marchesi or St.Ambroeus.

I did go into the scam tourist restaurants, it's actually a challenge just to get some basic good value food near the Duomo but the places are there if you bother to look for them.
