Looks great except it will be sticky full of greasy grime you can’t get off and it stuck between all those slats. Not to mention water and heat damage over time will warp it. You have maybe a year before it will have to be removed and as someone else stated unless you hooked that up to blow outside which it doesn’t look like in the video, you created a fire hazard.

Sure. Just blow the hot greasy air into a sealed box above the stove. Not at all a fire hazard. That's supposed to vent outside!
