Well, it is a good idea and I do organise my stuff just like you do here.
What I did as a bonus to secure the gear better and prevent the hooks from falling off when taking a camera was to ziptie from one hole to another the hooks.
That way they dont move when taking the cam off.

looks great, the only thing I would probably change is the Insta360 camera mount, a 3D printed mount would be a great option

I was onboard with everything until 3:14 when the camera sits on the lens, my fear of it tipping over could never do that

I am using this Ikea SKÅDIS Pegboard (8 boards) for my airsoft gun which weights from 1kg to 4kgs each and I am confident how sturdy this board is. So, these cameras/equipments are safe with this kind of setup. Will do this also from my cameras and drones. Nice setup. Ganda and and linis ng dating!
