Btw Emma explained UCC1 to me in great detail. Was something I wasn’t familiar with, but didn’t know how it worked, or what it was used for. This is why these yahoos send stuff into their creditors saying if you don’t, unfortunately they forget that their is a bilateral contract already in place, and later one party doesn’t get to unilaterally change it.

Also in watching Winston’s video I realized his Treasury Direct meaning, and the followers understanding of TDA are two different things. Winston’s definition is that all his transactions are from him directly to the US Treasury, since that is the only routing number he used for his bogus transactions. So, the TDA site for purchasing savings bonds and Treasury bills is the followers interpreting what they think Winston and other gurus mean.

Now back to comments on the video. First, it amazes me that HATJ with all her expert financial experience doesn’t know that, ACH is an electronic form of a check. In fact, all the followers, seem to miss that point. All of these individuals have convinced themselves either the companies are keeping the money for themselves or it was funneled elsewhere. But totally dismiss the logic, if they wrote a check or used ACH from their own checking account that they knew didn’t have any money in it at the time to cover the transaction, that once the transaction hits their bank, it is returned/rejected/reversed. The vender that payment was made to, reverses the payment, as if it was never made. No money is funneled off elsewhere, because there was no money in the account in the first place.

The problem with Harvey Dent is that he made video’s using a fictional characters name, and delivering content as entertainment. If you took him seriously and moved on any of the shit he said, you did so at your own risk! #HATRB!!

Another country is back on here making comments I see. I didn’t realize they give you access to the internet while in jail, because I’ve never been in one. perhaps Canadian Jails are different! I do know that from watching programs like Forensic Files, if convicted in Canada, they are much more lenient in sentencing their criminals than here in the US. Perhaps a reason, another country decided to flee there, that and their free health care.
