Russian President #VladimirPutin and #KimJongUn signed a comprehensive strategic partnership on Wednesday that could deepen their military and economic cooperation as both countries face a slew of global sanctions and confrontations with the #UnitedStates and its allies. Historian Jon Meacham joined #MorningJoe to discuss the implications of this new axis of power, and what it might look like if Trump is reelected:

“Look at these images and explain to us why, somehow or another, it is in the American interest to support Vladimir Putin against American intelligence agencies, against American interest...”
