I just found your channel and it’s very inspirational. It’s motivated me to get started on a postgraduate research essay I have been procrastinating on. Just a bit of warning about self help books and gurus. Even though they have a lot of useful techniques you could apply in your life, most of them are rooted in the new age religion and can lead you down a destructive path. Techniques like meditations and visualisations are spiritual practices ( meaning you are engaging with certain spirits). A lot of people in the West who are atheists fall into this trap thinking that they can just practice yoga and meditation and get benefits without it meaning they are practicing a religion.
