What I wish I knew about money in my 20s

Thank you, I turn 21 at the end of this month so I appreciate the sound advice. Thankfully my parents taught me a few years back how to use a credit card properly, so I hardly, if ever, use my debit card. Now I have a car loan in my name with no co signer and a 750 credit score. Leaving for Air Force basic training in December so saving/investing is my next big step. Hope to buy a duplex or quadplex in the next couple years so I can collect rent and go from there 🤙🏼 your videos are rad
