Causes
The most common causes of food allergy are milk, egg, peanut, soy, wheat, fish, tree nuts, or shellfish. These eight foods are responsible for 90% of all food allergic reactions.
Food allergy symptoms usually develop within a few minutes to two hours after eating the offending food.
Symptoms:

Hives
Shortness of breath
