I used to have cystic acne, and my dermathologist told me, that thick blood indeed has to be squeezed out, bcs that area is already infected by bacterias, and those bloods are the sign of active bacterias activity underneath the skin. If they don't come out, the bacterias will create even more damage to the skin tissue, and it will create deeper scars

At the start, before the camera zoomed in, a really inflamed one was beside the end of the eyebrow - I've had ones like that. They *really* hurt bad. Even if you don't get the whole thing out the first time, just letting out some of the puss takes away some of the pressure.

The blood doesn't bother me at all what I don't understand though is why don't they put the gauze down in the direction the blood is running and then it wouldn't make such a mess over there gloves

It’s horrible to have to do this to help acne of this type. Not cystic, as this wouldn’t do a lot of good, but they were definitely blind. Yeah, it’s already bruised and bruising more, but the results should be pretty good. Thank you for the vid!!

Anyone else get frustrated with how many times they keep squeezing a pimple that's just bleeding. I've had acne my whole life and I know this isn't necessary
