I was thinking of you all and praying you didn't get hit too badly. That was just such widespread damage. Please stay safe, and God bless.

Glad you’re family ok, but sad for the crops.

Hope everyone is ok. You can replant crops, you can replace other stuff, but you can't replace family or friends.

That’s the good thing about new fence because if you guys did not replace that fence that tree would have went right through it

They're correct that's what crop insurance is for. It sucks that you'll have to use it. The most important thing is that no one was hurt. Buildings and crops can be replaced, people cannot.
I am guessing that you traveled 85

4:40 RON don't you all have a PORTABLE SPRAYER that goes on the back of a 4wheeler or even in the gater? I would assume using that setup for SPOTDROPPING those kind of big berths plants that survived the ''toxic rain'' you dropped on it before...

I would get a thingie on the back of the 4wheeler and hit them like a snbiper... ;)

That's what crop insurance for Ron

I don’t think your type of tillage is to blame for the erosion problem it’s the fact that you plant row crops on those slopes. You should consider planting a hay crop on some of those steeper crop land fields. The waterways you have on many of your fields looked like they worked really well.
