Regarding BP, you can earn hundreds by defeating all of the trainers in each respective biome, and then talking to the Counselor located at one of the Rest Areas in each respective biome (she also gives you other things too). Another way is to complete each Flying course (at each respective difficulty) at the Canyon Elite Four area. The highest difficulty is unlocked after catching Terapagos, and getting the ability to fly freely on your own.

One of the Advanced BBQs requires you to hatch an egg, so take some time to run a few picnics (if necessary) to stalk-up on 30 eggs or so. That way, when that specific BBQ pops up, just pop an egg into your party, and keep grinding on the other BBQs until it hatches.

Time management is key here.

A thing I recommend is to stay in the middle plaza as you'll be able to access any area you need if it's pictures or type of pokemon you need to catch

This is off topic but theres a new best way of beating almost every raid and its about Arceus using the stellar type, make sure you give it the following moves: recover, judgment and acid spray. You could also use calm mind as a backup move if you wanted to, put all evs in hp for better survivability and sp atk for better damage, the last 4 can go anywhere you want and modest nature for more special damage, as long you choose the right plate for the right raid then you're good to go

Vikavolt is also a good pick for auto battles, since it moves fast and flies it can seamlessly attack stuff on land and water it helps shave a it of time off pretty well

I don't think that would be a problem for me, since I was grinding money to get max of all purchasable balls. Got the typical ones maxed, I think dusk balls was being worked on, and quick balls were maxed. I did this before the DLC came out, so I have had the whole grind at a large pause.

Another tip is to stay at the center of the map so you'll be near all the 4 areas

Imagine using 10BP to change a quest that it will give eyou 20BP... I never exchanged any of the quests and i still get 3k points in around 45 mins. No need to change, just need to fast grind, that's all

the best way is to find some friends preferably 3 and then go do them together in the union room, that way if you are effective, you can get around 15k every 30-45 minutes
