Here again. So, I have had a long respite from wine. Recently I decided, Hell why not open that red thats been beside my desk for so long. After having a few glasses, I felt extremely relaxed and at peace; even when I returned to work, I had less worry and was more social. I slept so good and although we shouldn't depend on a substance, if taken in moderation, I think its extremely advantages, especially given everything this man has revealed and from my own experience. We are all going to die one day, so don't deprive yourself from wine if you feel you could do with a companion now and then. Thanks for the video and to all those reading this, I wish you well.

As a southern European since a kid in our family we never missed having a bottle of red wine and extra virgin olive oil. Life is good 🍷

I am 44 now and keep getting carded. People ask me how I look so young. I say some red wine nothing else and olive oil. I drink both. And only high end on both.

It's good to hear the positives about wine's health benefits especially if you drink in moderation. To put it in perspective, the CDC considers 5 ounces of wine = 1 drink. Thank you for another fine presentation. Cheers 🍷

I was a little sceptical given you represent a wine company, however, having listened to the end, I applaud your objective health report concerning red wine. Thank you. All things in moderation.

If a bottle of wine holds 5 glasses and I have one glass a night with dinner it would take me 5 days to finish it. Aren’t 2 days the most red wine can shelf after opening the bottle? Does the contents go bad-like milk- faster as the amount in the bottle gets less and less?

No, you can drink a LOT more wine than just a glass or two a day with maintained health benefits and no drawbacks. In fact, for daily drinkers significant benefits extend to 3-4 and even 5-8 drinks a day.
