LG G6 / G7 / G8X / V10 / V20 / V30 / V40 / V50 Official Android 10 and 9 Update | Easy Install Guide

I have used LG V20 for demonstration purpose. You can full the exact same method to install latest available Android version for your LG Smartphone. This method works on LG G6, LG G7 ThinQ, LG G8X, LG V20, LG V30, LG V40 and LG V50.

Although the Firmware is official one but sometimes some devices gets stuck in the boot loop. To fix Boot loop problem the only solution would be to Factory Resetting the phone. So, it is recommended to do a backup of your important data just in case.

Hey KHANISTEK! I have a G8X from AT&T but it's GSM unlocked and using it currently on Metro By T-Mobile. I'm wondering why it's not updating, it's currently on Android 9. But I've seen in comments where it has to have a SIM card from AT&T in order to update. But also, some people want to downgrade their software when they had the new update for awhile, or either when they update it, they have some random issues, like performance, battery and other issues.

Hey, I have the V405UA that will not update to android 10. According to lg fan club, there is only the Verizon wireless version available. Is this ok to flash still? If I did try it, is there a way to back up my current version?
