Here in India, a railway gate is sometimes closed for more than 10 minutes. In western countries, railway gates mostly don't exist. Or if they do, they are closed for only less than a minute.

That is so dangerous now today though the crossing gate cam sensor by itself in clothes by itself because when I was crossing the train tracks the crossing gate closed by itself a train came through
