If you get a rarity with a breakthrough text below it, it means that you have gotten a rarity thats not supposed to be in the weather your currently in. (Yes. Weather matters.) Example if you get wind and its not windy, its supposed to be 300 rng in windy weather but in other ones, it 10x rng itself and makes it 3k. Hope this helped! (I suck at explaining)
