IT DOESN’T MEAN GOODBYE.

I’m so glad I took this time
to explore the roots of where I came.
I’ve learned that all things have to pass,
But still, I can carry on my name

And honor those who have gone away—
The gentle wind and the falling light.
There’s nothing that I need to say,
And I can trust that everything’s alright.

I can trust that every day will end.
The orchid and the stem will die.
This life may never come again,
but that doesn’t mean goodbye.
