Bro, your channel is great, your way of speech is just sucking me into your videos. Plus, you give the first hand reviews, from an experienced rider. Thumbs up!

Some low end helmets are just fine unless you need name recognition. I just bought a Origine (Italian designed and marketed, made in Shanghai China). It is ECE 2205 compliant, is lightweight a 1500 grams, thermoplastic shell, comes in two outer shell sizes, and has flip down shade. Excellent visibility, very sound insulating when buttoned up. Also has Bluetooth option. Model is the Origine Riviera Dandy. and is 1550 grams.

interesting that you didn't review the Shark Evoline modular helmet. Very like the N44 in that you can ride with it in 4 different modes, but the chin bar swivels right to the back of the helmet. I have one, and will buy again when I need to replace.

I'd recommend the Nolan N40 Full over the N44, essentially the same helmet (as far as I can tell), but you can use the beak at the same time as the visor. Also, don't forget Caberg helmets!

I don't know where you buy your things but I bought my Schuberth C3 Pro for 570 USD, directly from the company. It wasn't on sale, that's the price. Awesome helmet, and their multimedia collar is genius.

I owned the HJC CL-Max 2 Helmet for a couple months. One day I was grabbing it off of the ground and it fell from about 18 inches as it slipped out of my had. Completely destroyed the chin opening actuator. Cracked the injection molding as well.

My CL2 saved my life when I hit a deer at 50 mph. He may not like it but I recommend it based on experience.

Video has a lot of info as always, you did your research. I have the SHOEI Neotec, matte black, and no complaints so far when riding my R6. I was going to buy an ARAI helmet, but for some reason they don't make modular helmets.

Hey Ryan, I just found your channel the other day and I'm quite impressed with the reviews you do. I've just subscribed. I'll be checking in from time to time before I make any large purchases.
Keep up the good work.

Hi, thanks for the great review. But I bought the Ls2 Metro and I'm really enjoying it. It has the best sun visor I have ever used.

I think you're missing out not including the Caberg Duke. Itialian-made, internal sunvisor, pinlock visor, chin guard lock, chin curtain, ECE approved, bluetooth systems ready(i got a Sena 3s on mine with a boom mike fitted, so I can use it with the chin guard up or down), comes in 13 different colours and designs, and best of all, it's only 1550g +/- 50g! And for retail price ranging from $180 onwards, it's hands-down the best modular helmet! Oh and it looks better than other modular helmets too

I realize you don't or can't review every thing out there, boy that would make a long series hugh. All your review headings say BEST, and you give a few items of different values, awesome job. It would be nice to see more than 1 helmet in a price stage tho. Example hjc and bell modulars are about the same price, and as your heading claims Best, maybe give a reason why they are, not just the features because most not all but most have the same features except like built-in Bluetooth. I realize that companies probly send you stuff to review and you give a no bull >shot < review and thats great at least your making money at doing what you enjoy. There are many options, opinions and price differences out there, and as every knows what is actually best is what your willing or able to spend on a item at the time. I've seen some high priced lids that in my opinion were no better in feel or fit on the road than a much cheaper one, maybe a impact might change that opinion lol idk. Over all thumbs up on what your trying to do, but i think you could do so much better and in time you'll get there. Keep striving to improve at every thing is a good quote.

Just found this old vid. I bought an RPHA max and its the only Helmet i have ever had that leaked....badly. Water collected in the top vent and leaked through the internal sunshade slot. Bought a neotec. Way better made and will replace with a neotec 2 when the time comes.

I have a Shoei GT-Air and a Schuberth C3 Pro. The C3 is superioir in almost every way (lighter, less noise, better sun visor, more comfortable, doesn't fall apart) I had similar problems with Shoei helmets before and my opinion is that they are way too expensive for what they deliver.
