I found a pretty nice 1909 S tonight in a bank roll !! I couldn’t believe it. I paid $0.01 for a pretty good coin. I have been working on this circulated set, mostly out of bank rolls, and pocket change. I has taken years and hundreds of bank boxes. I’m only missing 2 Lincoln cents. I can’t believe I am this close to finishing. Blessings to all!

10 wheats is about what I average on the bad boxes in my area, but still nothing to scoff at. Not out of bank boxes (though it might have been at one point) but rather my stash, recently found myself my wheat error! Got a 1955 (huge celebration!) D (boos from the back of the class) DDO FS-101. Also, another fun one to look for in your wheats since you mentioned the 1956D errors is the 1956D 5/5. While it's not confirmed to be a true RPD, the signs are that the 5 in the date seems to have a second 5 behind it and rotated CW. I've only found one, and it's a neat looking "error".

You were recommended because i recently got a digital microscope for Christmas and been working on putting a quick reference key/semi key, error and variety cheat sheet with all the coin types on it before going to the bank to get boxes. I figured id hold off from doing serious hunts until im somewhat confident im not overlooking something.

I noticed something on the 1958 penny when you were showing it magnified looking for a ddo. look at the word 'we' in the motto. the W is out of position and is touching the rim of the coin. Could this be an error?
