after a comment in the previous video, i went back to the map and tried to improve the run a bit further. sure enough, here it is, both bots racing each other.

1. It moves perfectly and has a better reaction time than a human

2. A TAS = Tool Assisted Speedrun where you have a bot carry out certain movements (paraphrasing)

So according to this evidence, I can conclude this is a bot.
