Really helpful! Also celery is a cool/refreshing vegetable like cucumbers. They are usually prepared raw. You typically just dice them and use them as toppings in cold dishes. For example egg salad sandwich. They also can be a snack, if you put peanut butter inside the groove and put raisins on top.

Thanks for the informative video ( plus the sliced fruit joke ). Am also curious about Thai sales tax : is it included in the shelf price ( as in Australia and Singapore ) so that what you see is exactly what you pay ? Or is it added on as an extra at the check-out ( as in the USA ).

Some costs are just crazy and some are just a bit expensive. Where I live 10 lbs of onions is ~ $3.00 or ~ 23 baht a kilo, here it's ~35 baht/kilo. Potatoes are also cheaper at home. Prepared mustard is stupid expensive in Thailand.
