And... following. I have been climbing 2X a week since I bought by membership months ago and THIS is the video I needed. Fortunately the staff walked me through the etiquette but - this is SO much more. Thank You.

Your videos are so helpful!! I hope you keep making them, I saw that you latest upload was 7 months ago 😢. You’re one of the only climbers I’ve found that actually gives instructional information on how to improve (especially just getting started).

The tip about putting your toes into the wall is the opposite of what many climbers have told me...

Technically still a new climber at 6 months, and I still learned something from this video: The actual reason why we pivot. I kinda just instinctually do it but now I'll be able to apply it better knowing the reasons. Something I don't understand is the importance of body tension. Wouldn't it be better to be as relaxed as possible, while giving maximal or enough effort where needed?

I went bouldering first time with my nephew as he was so keen and he has done it. My friend was there with us and he was an experienced climber. We went on cheap student night. A lot of students. I went with zero experience with so many people with experience inside the shop. I felt so embarrassed and intimidated to try anything. I did try a few but not a lot. I felt like everyone was staring at me. I later grazed my elbow and knee cap too.

I just had my second climbing session and I'm starting to o be really into it. ❤ I only have problem with supporting and advices from the others while I was climbing. I see other climbers like it and its somehow a part of a whole culture, but I always felt really under pressure, I was thinking just "please shut up, I can't concetrate..."😂😂😂

I fell few days ago a second before my second hand touched the top point. I fell on my face because it's so fast I don’t know how to react, many bruises on my nose, hands and legs, all my friends super worried because it’s pretty bad fall. but I came back again and I finished few first level. It was my second day climbing. if you have more explanation how to fall when this happend (when I'm not in control to fall), that will be great. thank you. I'll do fall practice from this video as my warm up tomorrow though >_<

Hey!
I've been following you for a while, and found your videos to be very helpful.
I just wanted to thank you, and ask you if you are planning to make a course about bouldering from ground up (all the techniques that you talk about, workouts, drills, etc.) on Udemy or some other platform?
I'd definitely love to buy that one from you.

What do you mean by keeping your palm open while crimping?

Someone once told me that you're climbing with your feet and using your hands to balance

Sorry, but the first 3 minutes is completely irrelevant for about 95% of the worlds population. As an American this might surprise you, but the vast majority of us have our own language, and we call the holds entirely different things.
